Held the 2nd study session with a lecture by Mr. Hataya, Head of the Ibaraki Prefecture International Tourism Division, discussing the prefecture's golf tourism policies and reporting on the Australian FAM tour.

Attracted 12 guests from Singapore, who enjoyed a 4-night stay in Tsukuba City and played 3 rounds of golf. Hosted a welcome reception at Tsukubane Country Club.

Established the Ibaraki Prefecture Golf Tourism Promotion Organization.

Paid courtesy visits to the mayors of Toride City, Moriya City, Joso City, and Tsukubamirai City.

Reported on activities at meetings with golf course managers in various areas within the prefecture.

Held the 2nd Ibaraki Prefecture Golf Tourism Study Group Friendship Golf Tournament with 36 participants across 9 groups at PGM Ishioka Golf Club.

Welcomed a visit from Bespork Golf (EU Holidays), the golf tourism division of a major Singaporean travel company, for an inspection tour.

Attracted 8 golf tour guests from Thailand, who played at Sarushima Country Club and PGM Ishioka Golf Club.
